Hi, I am Courtney. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Jackson, MI.

I work with adults to explore their mental health goals. Together, we identify tools and strategies to make progress towards those goals.

About ME

Are you having trouble staying focused?

Feeling distracted or having racing thoughts can be signs of anxiety or adult ADHD. Experiencing these symptoms can make simple tasks feel impossible at times.

Are you overwhelmed with everything on your plate?

Feeling overwhelmed or anxious about the amount of tasks you need to complete can be signs of burnout. Struggling with burnout can feel like an uphill battle.

Are you feeling stuck?

Feeling exhausted, alone, or stuck can be early indicators of depression. These can also be signs of having difficulty coping with a life event (such as a breakup, job loss, or grief).

Discover a Path Forward with Support

Many of the people I work with want to break out of the cycle that is making them feel stuck. They want support in building a life where they feel confident and capable.

Whether it’s ADHD, burnout, social anxiety, grief, or relationship issues, you don’t have to figure out the path forward alone.

Therapy provides a space to process and sit with heavy emotions. Working together, we can help you feel empowered on your path to better mental wellness.
